We ship to all cities of Ukraine available for delivery by the Nova Poshta postal service.
You will receive the products within 3-5 days (the exact delivery time of the buyer's order is reported by the carrier) after placing the order.
Please be advised that all orders confirmed from Monday to Friday before 13:00 will be shipped on the same day. Orders received on Friday after 13:00 will be shipped on Monday. On Saturday and Sunday, the online store does not issue delivery orders to the postal service.
• The cost of delivery of an order up to 850 UAH will be calculated according to the carrier's tariffs.
• Orders over 850 UAH include free delivery.

The order is stored in the warehouse of the transportation company for a little more than 5 working days, and after this period, it is sent back.

At the same time, we would like to remind you that according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, food and beverages, if they are of good quality, cannot be exchanged or returned. Goods of good quality are goods without defects, with intact packaging, which for some reason did not suit you.
